Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions will govern every contract for the sale of goods and services made by the seller Top Aesthetics Pharmacy with the buyer/client. The buyer accepts delivery of goods and this constitutes as acceptance to these terms and conditions. By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.
Titles within these terms and conditions are for convenience only and do not influence interpretation or implementation of these terms.
Pricing:
The prices of products available on this site will be stated on line at time of purchase. This is the price payable for goods. These prices may change at anytime and will be update on the website for the Pharmacy if/when prices are changed. If discounts are provided with goods, Top Aesthetics Pharmacy had the right to withdraw discounts at any time. The buyer is liable to pay the seller value added tax on top of the advertised product price, which is VAT exclusive.

Delivery:
Delivery of all goods will be made by Top Aesthetics Pharmacy’s chosen courier, to the buyers registered delivery premises. The goods may be delivered in more than one package/delivery, If this is the case this will be communicated with the buyer prior to dispatch.
If buyer wishes to have products delivered to an alternative address, they must email the pharmacy with their preferred address for that particular delivery, furthermore if they wish to change their address on their account on a permanent basis this too must be written in an email to the pharmacy, failure to do this the package will then go to the address on the customers account as default.
Times and dates quoted for delivery are an estimate and Top Aesthetics Pharmacy is not liable or responsible for any delay incurred in delivery of goods. The buyer is not entitled to refuse acceptance of the goods due to late delivery.
If the buyer refuses to accept delivery of the goods, or does not take any action on their part for delivery of goods i.e collecting from courier depot or rearranging missed deliveries, Top Aesthetics Pharmacy reserves the right to terminate the contract. Top Aesthetics Pharmacy will be entitled to dispose of the goods and may take action to claim for compensation from the buyer for any incurred financial loss.

Risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to the buyer if the goods are returned to the Top Aesthetics Pharmacy by the buyer. Tracked and insured deliveries are recommended, if you would like your parcel to be fully insured please contact the pharmacy for a quote. default orders are only insured at £12.

If the buyer misses delivery or fails to take delivery of the goods, as ordered by the buyer, the responsibility lies with the buyer for any risk of loss or damage to goods.
Any issues related to a customers order must be informed to the pharmacy within 24 hours, after this period we are not liable for any problems that have occurred.

If goods are being returned to seller, buyer must ensure goods are kept in the same condition as delivered to them by courier, in the same packaging and stored appropriately. Failure to do so means buyer is immediately liable for any further costs.
Payment terms:
Top Aesthetics Pharmacy will invoice the buyer for the price of goods at the time of ordering, dispatch, or any time after this period. The full payment for the order must be paid in full before the order is dispatched for delivery. Under no circumstances will orders be dispatched without full payment. For non-prescription orders placed on our site, payment is taken via card payment upon placing the order.
For Prescription items payment will be requested by Top Aesthetics Pharmacy once the prescription has been approved by our pharmacists. Buyer will be contacted on contact details provided by buyer upon registering to our site. Payment must be made by payment link sent to buyer. Credit orders are not possible with Top Aesthetics Pharmacy

Cancellation of order:
Cancellation is only possible where orders have not already been dispatched. Where orders have been dispatched to courier cancellation is not possible. Due to the fast processing of the business in order to provide a next day delivery service, cancellation of orders must be requested as soon as possible. Cancellation is not possible once order has been received by the customer or dispatched with our couriers.

Return policy:
Return for refund of goods is not permitted on any order placed with Top Aesthetics Pharmacy
Any return of goods due to damages including breakages or errors must be reported to Top Aesthetics Pharmacy on the same day as the order has been received to the buyer from the courier. Any goods deemed to have been sent in error, must be returned upon acceptance from the seller, within three days of receipt of products (excluding refrigerated products) Products must be unopened and unused upon returning to Top Aesthetics Pharmacy . Any orders returned must be returned in original packaging as receiving by buyer, including delivery packaging for inspection.
If a refund has been agreed due to any reason given by the seller, this will be made to the buyer within 5 working days of Top Aesthetics Pharmacy receiving the goods by the buyer.
Liability:
If goods are deemed defective, Top Aesthetics Pharmacy is liable to replace goods found to be damaged due to faults of the seller. All goods delivered to the buyer will be thoroughly checked to ensure they are of satisfactory quality and meet the specification of the product listing on this site Top Aesthetics Pharmacy is not liable for damages to the goods caused by storage in unsuitable conditions by the buyer. The seller is not liable for goods damaged in transit by delivery company.

The buyer must provide Top Aesthetics Pharmacy with any necessary information relating to goods within a reasonable time frame in order for Top Aesthetics Pharmacy to meet requirements. Any specifications of goods provided by the seller do not reflect the compliance of goods in accordance with legal requirements. Product weights supplied by Top Aesthetics Pharmacy are approximates and the seller is not liable for product weights. If the buyer is VAT registered, buyer must provide VAT number to Top Aesthetics Pharmacy in order for seller to meet any tax requirements.
The buyer is responsible and liable to insure any products ordered from Top Aesthetics Pharmacy are used safely, as they are designed to be used and administered without any risks to patient safety.

Assignment:
The Contracts Act 1999 (rights of third parties) does not apply to these terms and conditions and any third parties are not able to enforce the terms of this contract. Buyer’s rights and obligations under these terms and conditions shall not be transferred without written consent from Top Aesthetics Pharmacy

All contacts made within these terms and conditions will be governed and abide by the laws of England, and regulated by relevant governing bodies.
